1. Summary

• We do not collect your decision entries or reflections on our servers. Whyte has no backend.
• Your content stays on your device and, if you choose, in your iCloud account.
• Subscription and payment are handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• The text of your decision entries or reflections
• Any personal data you enter in the app
• Payment or billing information (this is handled entirely by Apple)
• Analytics, crash reports, or tracking data

3. Where your data is stored

On your device

All decision entries and reflections you create are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. We do not transmit this data to our servers because we do not operate any servers for Whyte.

iCloud (optional): If you turn on "Sync with iCloud" in Settings, your entries and reflections are stored in your iCloud account and synced across your devices signed in with the same Apple ID. This data is governed by Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Purchases: Subscription status and purchases are managed by Apple (StoreKit). The app only receives a simple indication of whether you have an active Whyte Plus subscription. We do not receive your payment method, billing address, or any other purchase details.

4. Data retention

Your data remains on your device (and in iCloud if you use it) until you delete it or delete the app. We do not retain copies. iCloud data is subject to your iCloud account and Apple's policies.

5. Children

Whyte is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13 (or equivalent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will work to delete it.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of Whyte after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
