From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.10

A one-file appointment handover

Doctor reports turn logs into a PDF designed to scan quickly in an appointment.

Build one

  1. Open More -> Reports.
  2. Choose Doctor report.
  3. Pick a date range.
  4. Review the readiness guidance and preview.
  5. Share, AirDrop, email, print, or save it.

What it can include

  • Cycle history, bleeding pattern, and variability.
  • Phase analysis and before-period evidence.
  • Symptom, pain-location, treatment, context, and body-signal summaries.
  • Condition-specific sections for PMDD/PMS, endo/adeno, PMOS / PCOS, perimenopause, postpartum, surgical menopause, HA, and menstrual migraine.
  • Evidence to build when more logging would make the conversation stronger.

Prepare a doctor report

Choose a date range and create a report to review before an appointment. Doctor reports require Steadied+.

A magnifying glass over coloured patterns beside line and bar charts.

Prepare a doctor report: steps

  1. Open Doctor Report Choose Doctor Report under Build a report. Existing Steadied+ access is required; guidance does not unlock premium features.
  2. Review the date range Choose the dates and check the Included data counts. Gaps mean information was not recorded; they do not mean symptoms were absent.
  3. Generate and review Use Generate. Guidance finishes after the PDF and Past reports record are saved successfully. Review the preview before sharing; nothing is sent automatically.
