A period status and flow level are enough for a first useful log.

Your data

Keep a copy of important records before changing devices or deleting data. Optional sync and sharing are separate from files you choose to export. The Steadied privacy policy explains what is stored and the available deletion controls.

Is Steadied a fertility or contraception app?

No. Steadied is not a fertility planner, not a contraceptive, and not a pregnancy tracker. It is built for people tracking cycle-linked symptoms, pain, treatment context, and hormone-shaped changes without assuming you are trying to conceive or avoid conception.

Will Steadied work for perimenopause or PCOS, not just typical cycles?

Yes. Steadied is designed around irregular and condition-shaped cycles, including PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMDD, PMS, perimenopause, postpartum recovery, hypothalamic amenorrhoea, and menstrual migraine. Predictions show a window rather than a single date when cycles vary, and condition profiles tune the symptom catalogue to your situation.

How much does Steadied+ cost?

Steadied+ is lifetime-only at £29.99 as a non-consumable in-app purchase. There is no monthly or annual subscription, no trial, and the unlock is Family Sharing eligible.

Is Steadied medical advice?

No. Steadied is a personal tracking and reporting tool. Its deterministic summaries, pattern views, and reports help you bring structured cycle evidence into conversations with clinicians, but they do not diagnose, treat, screen, prevent disease, or replace clinical judgement.

Is my data private?

Yes. Steadied has no accounts, no analytics, and no Cocoacorn servers. Data stays on your device unless you choose iCloud sync in your personal Apple account. Apple Health access is read-only, cycle data is not surfaced to Supported, and Panic Delete can remove local, iCloud, and suite-summary data.

Steadied includes a free tier. See the pricing page for optional upgrades. Purchases are made inside the app and billed by Apple.

If a purchase is missing, contact us so we can help. For refund requests, follow Apple’s refund instructions. Apple determines refund eligibility.
