Privacy Policy — Steadied

Introduction

Steadied ("we", "us", "our") is developed by Cocoacorn. This privacy policy explains how the Steadied app handles your data.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any data. Steadied has no user accounts, no analytics services, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. Cocoacorn operates no servers.

Data Stored on Your Device

Steadied stores the following data locally on your device:

• Period entries, flow levels, symptom entries, custom symptoms and labels, pain-map pins, treatment logs, notes, and selected condition profiles
• Birth-control settings, reminders, adherence, tolerability, side-effect notes, inclusive-language preference, App Lock, auto-lock, appearance, notification, Health, backup, and demo settings
• Wearable aggregates, saved reports, generated PDFs, report schedules, backup files, and export metadata stored in app-local storage

This data stays on your device unless you enable iCloud sync in your personal Apple account.

Apple Health

If you enable Apple Health integration, Steadied may read selected signals such as menstrual flow, intermenstrual bleeding, resting heart rate, sleep, heart-rate variability, and wrist temperature.

Steadied is read-only with Apple Health, never writes back, and does not use Health data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or data mining.

iCloud Sync

If enabled, data syncs via your private CloudKit database in your personal iCloud account. Cocoacorn cannot access this data.

Suite Integration

Steadied writes a small cycle summary (phase, day, prediction, average length, regularity) to an on-device App Group store so other Cocoacorn apps you have installed can read it.

Cycle data is deliberately not surfaced to Supported (the carer companion app).

In-App Purchases

Steadied+ is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple and eligible for Family Sharing where Apple supports it. We do not receive or store payment information.

Backup and Export

Steadied supports local backup and restore using .steadiedbackup files, plus optional CSV export and PDF reports in Steadied+.

Backups, CSV files, and PDFs may contain sensitive health information. They are not encrypted by Steadied after export, so you are responsible for file security after export or sharing.

Panic Delete

Panic Delete is triple-confirmed and removes Steadied data from local storage, iCloud private database (if enabled), and Steadied suite-store data.

Children's Privacy

Steadied does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app does not collect any data from any user.
