Irregular cycles

Windows are deliberate
When cycle length varies, Steadied uses windows instead of pretending one date is certain.
If your shortest and longest completed cycles differ by more than five days, Steadied currently flags that rhythm as irregular.
Irregularity is common with PMOS / PCOS, perimenopause, postpartum recovery, HA recovery, stress, and some medication changes. The variance number can be useful in a clinician conversation.
