Phase lengths vary. This is a guide, not a promise.
Steadied detects period starts and uses recent completed cycles to estimate cycle length. It then groups cycle days into broad phases for planning and pattern comparisons.
A phase label is an app estimate, not confirmation of ovulation or a hormone measurement. New period dates can change the current cycle day, phase label, and next-period window.
If your cycle is suppressed, paused, postpartum, or surgical-menopause-only, Steadied avoids overconfident phase language.
