Cycle shape

The phase label is an estimate from your logged periods, not a hormone test.

  1. Menstrual
  2. Follicular
  3. Ovulatory
  4. Luteal

Phase lengths vary. This is a guide, not a promise.

A typical menstrual cycle has four broad phases: menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal. Your own pattern may be shorter, longer, irregular, suppressed, or paused.
