"I noticed…" quick capture

The 'I noticed…' widget lets you capture a passing observation about the person you care for in two taps — without opening the app first.
Available in four shapes:
• Home Screen small — a friendly tile with the eye glyph and "Tap to capture" • Lock Screen rectangular — two-line strip above the clock • Lock Screen circular — the eye glyph in a single Lock Screen circle • Lock Screen inline — "Tap: I noticed" alongside other inline complications
Tap the widget and Supported opens with the quick-add sheet already focused. Type the thing you noticed ("she's not eaten lunch again", "he flinched when I touched his shoulder") and hit Save. The entry appears in the person's Things-you've-noticed section on their profile.
Most noticings are never acted on. The value is they were captured before being forgotten.
