Not getting notifications?
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.13
If alerts aren't reaching you, check in this order:
• System permission — Settings > Notifications > Supported. Make sure 'Allow Notifications' is on. iOS Focus modes can also silence Supported; check those too. • Per-person toggles — More > Notifications. At least one of flare, crash, or low spoons must be on for that person. • Share connection — for tracker-driven alerts (flare, crash, low spoons, live needs), the person must be connected via share link. If the dashboard shows 'Connection lost' on their card, the share has been revoked or hasn't refreshed. • Background data — alerts arrive via CloudKit push. iOS may delay them on Low Power Mode or with poor connectivity.
Supported never queues a backlog. If a flare started yesterday and you only just opened the app, you'll see the data on the dashboard but won't get a backdated push notification.
