Conversation timeline
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.5
The conversation timeline is a dated record of a workplace request: who you contacted, what happened, what was agreed, and what remains unresolved.
What to record
Log relevant conversations, emails, meetings, occupational-health referrals, letters, decisions, and the status of each requested accommodation.
Attachments
Attach documents or images that help you understand the record, such as a sent request, an employer response, or meeting notes. Attachments may be included in sync, backups, and evidence exports if those features are enabled.
Notes made at the time
A prompt note made soon after an event can help you recall dates, people, and wording later. Whether any record is admissible and what weight it receives depends on the forum and circumstances.
Follow-up reminders
After marking a request as sent, you can set a local reminder for 14 days later. It is a practical follow-up prompt, not a legal deadline.
Formal deadline reminders
For UK and US refusals, Accommodated can offer an early check date and local reminders. The UK estimate currently uses three months less one day; US estimates use 180 days. These are conservative prompts, not authoritative filing deadlines. Many Great Britain Employment Tribunal limits are scheduled to increase from three to six months for relevant events on or after 1 October 2026, while claim type, location, early conciliation, and other facts can change the result.
Evidence pack PDF
Accommodated+ can bundle selected profile details, the request draft, accommodation statuses, timeline entries, attachments, and a return-to-work plan into one PDF. It is an organised working record, not a complete tribunal, court, grievance, or legal case file.
