Writing a request letter

The request-letter wizard builds an editable workplace accommodation request in small steps. Nothing is sent automatically.

How the wizard flows

Choose conditions or limitations, select accommodations, review the supporting wording, add recipient and workplace details, then edit the complete draft.

Templates

The initial-request template is free. Accommodated+ adds follow-up, escalation, appeal, return-to-work, and academic templates.

Rephrase on device

On a compatible iPhone or iPad running iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, Rephrase can make a draft more assertive, more diplomatic, or shorter using Apple's on-device Foundation Models. The button appears only when the system model is available. Cocoacorn does not receive the letter text.

Export

Copy the text or generate a PDF. Saving, printing, emailing, or sharing passes the document to the destination you choose; that destination handles the file under its own privacy terms.

Clear, editable wording

The templates use direct request language and focus on the work barrier and proposed change. Edit anything that does not accurately describe your situation.
