What it asks
Consider workplace culture, symptom visibility, performance, your relationship with the recipient, the support you want, and the practical risks you are weighing.
What it returns
The assessment organises possible benefits, risks, and questions to consider. It does not tell you to disclose or withhold information.
Save or export
