Overview

Tap “Manage” next to Today’s Plan and choose “Add Activities” to open the picker. On an empty current or future day, you can also tap Add Activities directly from the empty state. Tap any row to add that entry to your plan. Tap the same row again to add another — you can have two showers, three meals, and so on. The row shows a “×N” count when you’ve added something more than once, with a minus button to remove one. The footer tallies your selection — tap “Add to Plan” when you’re ready.

Other options in the Manage menu: Describe Your Day (type what you need), Apply Template, Save as Template, Copy from Another Day, Plan Event, Reorder manually, Arrange for pacing, or Same as Yesterday.
