How to use it
- Touch the visible bar magnet itself and drag it across the sealed tray. The magnet remains under your hand while the filings respond around it.
- Add a second magnet to combine two dipole fields. Turn the selected magnet to change a connecting bridge into a repulsive gap, or back again.
- Choose Fine filings, Long chains, or Soft powder to change alignment speed, grain spacing, and chain length rather than difficulty.
Lower-demand route
Add magnet creates a complete two-field arrangement without dragging. VoiceOver can move the selected magnet left, right, or centre, add or remove the second magnet, and turn it. Still motion aligns the filings immediately.
Magnetic Field remembers the chosen tray, filing response, magnet positions, and pole arrangement on this device. Changing tray begins again with one centred magnet.
