Agreement and Service

By using Quieted, you agree to these terms. Quieted is a general-wellness and entertainment app offering six gentle games, an interactive Sanctuary, sensory settings, local progress, and an optional Quieted+ lifetime catalogue.

Not Medical Advice or Treatment

Quieted is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, triage, clinical monitoring, or medical advice. It does not claim to treat, prevent, cure, reduce, or manage any disease or medical condition.

Do not use Quieted as a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Stop using a game if it makes symptoms or discomfort worse.

Not a Crisis or Safety Tool

Quieted is not designed for emergencies, crisis intervention, self-harm prevention, suicide prevention, domestic-abuse support, or urgent medical care. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service. Do not rely on Quieted to contact another person.

Sensory and Situational Safety

Quieted includes Still, Low, and Standard motion, brightness controls, sound-off, haptics-off, low-cognitive-load, one-hand, and assistive routes, but individual responses differ.

Do not use Quieted while driving, operating machinery, walking in an unsafe environment, or anywhere full attention is required.

Quieted+ Lifetime Purchase

Quieted+ is an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It opens the authored lifetime catalogue described in the app. It is not a subscription and does not expire through normal use.

The price shown by the App Store in the user’s region is authoritative. Purchase, cancellation, pending approval, refund, Family Sharing, and restore behaviour are subject to Apple’s terms and account settings. Accessibility settings and one complete route for every need remain free.

Availability and Changes

The app is provided “as is” and may be updated, corrected, or discontinued. Cocoacorn will not intentionally remove purchased lifetime access from verified owners, but specific content may need adjustment for safety, legal, compatibility, or technical reasons.

Intellectual Property

Quieted’s code, original art, original audio, design, text, game content, and branding are owned by Cocoacorn unless a bundled asset’s included licence states otherwise. Users may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cocoacorn is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Quieted, reliance on it for medical or emergency support, sensory discomfort, interruption, or local data loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where the user lives.
