What can a record tell you? · Fictional example
For illustration only. Nothing here changes your app records.

- Record type
A recorded symptom
A fictional headache entry tells you what was recorded on that date. It does not explain the cause.
- Record type
An unlogged day
No entry means no observation was recorded. It does not tell you that the day was symptom-free.
- Record type
A phase estimate
A phase label gives estimated context. It is not a confirmed biological event or a fertility prediction.
Only what stood out
Add the symptoms that matter today and rate each one from 1 to 10.
Steadied starts from symptoms relevant to your selected conditions, then includes any custom symptoms you add. Remove a symptom from a day to clear it for that date.
The number is your lived severity, not a clinical score. Use it consistently enough that changes over time become visible.
Record a day in Steadied
Open the normal log sheet and record the details that matter for your chosen day.
An open journal beside separate blank coloured cards and a calendar represents optional daily observations.
Record a day in Steadied: steps
- Choose the day Check the date before changing anything. Existing details for that day may already be filled in.
- Record what fits Record period details only when relevant. Mood, symptoms, pain, context and notes are optional. Leave anything that does not describe your day unchanged.
- Save your record Use Save in the toolbar. Guidance finishes after the save succeeds. Recording an observation does not confirm its cause or a cycle phase.
