How it works
Choose a familiar phrase describing a limitation. The app suggests professional wording, a possible accommodation, and supporting language.
Why specificity helps
Specific wording makes it easier to understand the barrier, the requested change, and how that change may help you do the job. “I request” is a clear drafting style, but no phrase guarantees a particular response.
