The Accommodation Finder suggests practical changes you can consider, organised by category and informed by the conditions you choose. Suggestions are starting points, not a finding that an employer must provide them.
Browse broadly
Explore schedule, environment, equipment, communication, process, medical, facilities, and other workplace changes. Condition matching highlights potentially useful ideas without hiding the rest of the catalogue.
What each entry contains
Each accommodation includes a plain-language description, editable request wording, country-specific rights context where available, and possible responses to common objections.
Personal accommodations
Accommodated+ lets you save your own reusable accommodation wording and private notes when the built-in catalogue does not capture what works for you.
Add to a request
Open an accommodation, review the details, and add it to a new or existing request. You can edit or remove it before exporting a letter.
