United Kingdom
Equality Act reasonable adjustments in Great Britain, Access to Work, fit notes and sick leave, and flexible working. Northern Ireland uses separate legislation and processes.
United States
ADA reasonable accommodations, FMLA leave, Job Accommodation Network resources, and EEOC charge guidance. State law can add rights or change filing routes.
Australia
Disability and reasonable adjustments at work, JobAccess and the Employment Assistance Fund, and flexible working arrangements.
Canada
The duty to accommodate, workplace accommodation practice, and the need to identify the correct federal, provincial, or territorial route.
New Zealand
A lighter source-backed pack covering reasonable accommodation and flexible work. It does not calculate formal complaint deadlines.
Ireland
A lighter source-backed pack covering reasonable accommodation under employment equality guidance. It does not generate WRC complaints or calculate deadlines.
