Documented+ is a one-time purchase with no subscription. It adds formal PIP descriptor or focused SSDI criterion mapping, dedicated 7-, 28-, and 90-day variability views, and the Claim Evidence Report.
Report contents
Depending on your selections and available records, the report can include photos, medication summaries, available written transcripts, and attributed evidence from compatible apps.
PIP-only tools
Assessment preparation and MR or tribunal drafting tools are designed for PIP. Focused SSDI users receive mapping, work-impact sections, variability, reports, attachments, medications, and compatible-app evidence.
