For a descriptor to apply, DWP guidance considers whether the activity can be completed reliably: safely, to an acceptable standard, repeatedly, and in a reasonable time.
Why it matters
If cooking leaves you crashed out for three days, record the recovery time as well as the task itself. A dated pattern can help you explain whether you can do the activity reliably.
