Open More → Preferences and turn on Daily Reminder, then choose a time that is likely to work on difficult days.
If permission was denied
Open the iOS Settings app, find Documented, and allow notifications. Return to Documented and turn Daily Reminder on again.
Private by design
The reminder is scheduled locally on this device. Documented does not use a push server and does not send marketing notifications.
