Why is my report blocked?

If the Generate button is greyed out and an error card appears, Documented has refused to build a PDF because something would make the report misleading. Better a blocked export than a misleading one.
“There are no daily logs in the selected date range.”
Add at least one log inside the From / To window, or widen the range with the Last 7 / Last 28 / Last 90 chips.
“Your claim profile has no conditions listed.”
Open More → Claim → Claim Profile and add at least one condition. The conditions appear on the cover page and frame every section.
Evidence from a connected app is missing
Evidence from Tended, Metered, Tolerated, and Steadied is optional. If you include connected-app evidence but no compatible summary is available, Documented omits that source and still creates the report from your local evidence.
“Patient data from Tended is refreshing.”
Tended’s digest is older than the most recent shared snapshot — a sign the suite store is mid-flight (e.g. Tended just restored a backup). Wait a moment and try again.
“This copy of Tended (digest schema vN) is newer than Documented supports.”
Tended has updated to a digest format Documented doesn’t yet read. Update Documented from the App Store so the new evidence fields are recognised. Generating now would silently omit fields your reader expects.
