Daily check-in
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.3
A seated person pauses with a hand resting on their chest and a walking stick beside the chair. The picture represents checking how today feels.
Check in
- Choose the capacity available after essential tasks.
- Add pain only when it helps describe today.
- Open Recovery and safety signals only for changes that should make the plan gentler, simpler, or avoid standing.
- Review any Apple Health findings and choose whether to include them in today's plan.
- Save to refresh Today's suitable choices.
When connected, Apple Health findings stay visible in the check-in. Use Don't use Apple Health context today to exclude them from the plan and saved check-in without hiding them. A fresh Metered summary can also add context automatically. Your own check-in always takes priority.
Not a readiness clearance
