Reflecting after movement

From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.3

The immediate reflection

  1. Choose whether you feel better, the same, worse, or unsure.
  2. Choose how much recovery you need next.
  3. If you stopped early, record what made you stop.
  4. Save the reflection to update Today, history, and Insights.

Completion is not the outcome

One activity, different observations · Fictional example

For illustration only. Nothing here changes your app records.

Fictional example. Open each observation to see what it tells you. Nothing here changes your records. Your own saved responses determine the record. This example does not recommend an activity or predict a safe amount of movement.

Recovery observation

Immediately: felt the same

This describes the immediate response only. It does not tell you how the person felt later.

Recovery observation

First later check: no worsening

This is one later observation. When another recovery check is required, the result remains pending.

Recovery observation

Later: needed more recovery

The later response adds information the immediate reflection could not provide. Completing the activity did not guarantee an unchanged recovery.
