Activity library

From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.19

What an entry contains

Every entry has a spoon cost, type, category, energy type, and optional settings such as time limit or masking level. Types keep the meaning clear: Activity for things you do, Energy tax for drains like heat or stress, and Rest / recovery for protective or restorative time. Costs use 0.25 spoon increments so you can make small adjustments without turning planning into maths.

Starter library

• Universal activities are included for everyone, such as Shower, Cook Meal, Grocery Shop, and Doctor Visit. • Energy taxes such as hot weather or emotional load capture drains that are not tasks. • Condition-specific suggestions are added when your selected conditions make them relevant. • Rest/recovery entries such as Rest/Nap can have negative costs, which gives spoons back.

Make it yours

Use More › Activities to add your own entries, edit costs, change categories, or adjust restorative values. If an entry consistently costs more or less than expected, record the actual cost during Day Review so Metered can learn your pattern.

Quick Add favourites

Tap the star on any activity row to pin it to the Quick Add bar on Today. A filled coral star means it is favourited; an outlined grey star means it is not. Tap again to remove it.
