Start from Today
Tap Manage next to Today’s Plan to add activities, describe your day, apply a template, save a template, plan an event, optimise order, or copy another day. Empty days also show Add Activities and Describe Your Day directly.
Edit without hunting
• Swipe left on an activity to remove it or move it to another day. • Swipe right to mark it as must-do. • Long-press for reordering, timers, and other activity options. • Swipe the day view left or right to move between dates.
When the day is too heavy
Metered updates the remaining budget in real time. If the plan is running heavy, treat the warning as an invitation to remove, move, rest, or mark only the true non-negotiables as must-do.
