Overview
A private journal shared between you and your carer. Find it in More › Sharing / Self-care, inside the Carer Connection section. Only visible when carer sharing is on — it needs an active link to have anywhere to go.
You write entries when you have something to say: a thing you noticed about today, what helped, what you wish they understood, something hard to bring up face to face. They see your entries in the free Supported app, and they can leave entries for you the same way.
It’s a journal, not a chat. Each entry is dated rather than threaded. There are no read receipts, no streaks, no nudges to reply. The point is that you both get to think slowly and out of the heat of the moment, not that you keep up a back-and-forth.
Entries are private to the two of you and travel through the same encrypted CloudKit channel as the rest of your carer connection. If you stop sharing with that person, their access goes with it.
