What your carer sees
Carer sharing sends a summary of how you are doing via the free Supported app: spoon budget, traffic light status, flare days, Flare Plan, Emergency Info, What Helps Me, Quick Needs broadcasts, and Between us entries.
What stays private
Your individual activities, symptoms, health data, insights, and full diary are never shared through carer sharing. People you share with cannot see each other.
Set up and stop
Go to More › Sharing / Self-care › Share with Carer. Create a private invitation link and send it however you normally message them. Stop sharing from that person’s row; their access ends immediately.
