How learning works
Structured fields from saved check-ins contribute automatically on this device. Free-text notes are never analysed. Metered waits for at least 7 useful days before showing tentative findings and 14 before calling patterns ready.
What remains free
Everyone can save unlimited check-ins and see collection progress in Insights. Your check-ins remain visible on Today whether or not you upgrade.
Detailed findings
Metered+ shows the balance of recorded states and descriptive associations with symptoms or optional coarse movement context. These findings are planning context, not causes or diagnoses.
