Overview
Pre-configured one-tap buttons that broadcast a short signal to your carer (“Need quiet”, “Bring water”, “No questions right now”). Designed for crash days when opening the app is too much.
Set them up in More › Sharing / Self-care › Quick Needs. Tier-1 universals are pre-ticked; condition-specific ones (Heat for fibromyalgia, Cool room for POTS, Bland food for IBD, etc.) are added based on your profile. Tap a row to rename or add details.
Broadcast from anywhere: the heart-bolt icon in the Today toolbar, the Quick Needs home-screen widget, the watch face complication, or by saying “Hey Siri, tell Harry I need quiet in Metered”. Your carer sees the broadcast in the free Supported app and can acknowledge it.
