Steadied+ exports a date-range CSV for Numbers, Excel, Google Sheets, or your own tools.
The CSV includes period days, symptom severities, body-map pins, treatments, dose changes, adherence notes, triggers, and condition-profile anchors.
Use Backup & restore for a complete app copy. Use CSV when you need readable rows.
