Steadied reads Tended's shared summary on this device and creates its own records for up to one year of period days and matching symptoms.
Copy flow
- Open More -> Data.
- Tap Copy from Tended.
- Confirm Copy into Steadied.
- Review how many period days and symptoms were copied.
- Steadied then checks once a day for newer Tended records.
Tended stays untouched. Copied records belong to Steadied and remain if Tended sharing is later turned off. Unmapped symptom names are counted in the result so you know what was skipped.
