Hospital admission

When the person you care for is admitted to hospital, open their profile and use For you > Hospital admission, or use the Start admission widget for one-tap access from the Home Screen or Lock Screen.
Starting an admission opens a running timeline straight away. Add notes as things happen — ward move, procedure, conversation with a doctor, meds change, observation — with optional category chips for triage, tests, doctor, meds, pain, status, and discharge.
While the admission is active, quick-reference buttons keep triage info, the packing list, and communication notes close to the timeline.
When the admission ends, you can generate a debrief PDF (see Discharge debrief).
