When you end an admission, Supported offers a one-tap PDF debrief — the timeline of events, the wards involved, the people you spoke to, the medication changes, the questions raised but not yet answered.
It's designed to walk into the GP follow-up with, or to send to a family member who couldn't be there. It's also yours to keep — admissions blur together fast, and the next one is easier to navigate when you can read what happened in the last one.
Generate it when the admission ends, or generate it again later from the person's past admissions list.
