It brings together:

• Start or open admission — a running timeline for what happens • Pack the bag — suggested or personalised items, with ticks carried into the admission • Medical snapshot — conditions, medication, allergies, GP or specialist • Communication when unwell — how they communicate when they are very ill, overwhelmed, non-verbal, or slow to process • Contacts — emergency contacts ready to show or call • Past admissions — previous timelines and debrief PDFs • What helps — if you've added it to their profile

The go-bag list and communication note are saved per person, so the next admission starts from what you already know.
