Burnout patterns
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.13
After a few days of check-ins, Supported starts looking for six patterns:
• Mood decline — sustained low mood or a dip compared to the week before • Sleep deterioration — multiple poor nights or declining quality • Sustained high stress — high stress days building up • Social isolation — no social connection or very little • No easy days — no genuinely good, low-stress day in two weeks • Improving trend — positive reinforcement when things get better
Each pattern is graded across three severity levels — a quiet notice when something's beginning, a warning when it looks like an emerging pattern, and an urgent flag when the pattern has been sustained — and every insight comes with a specific, practical suggestion rather than generic self-care advice.
