Daily check-in

From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.15

The Wellbeing tab asks how you're doing. Tap 'Check in' to record:

• Mood — Great, Good, OK, Tough, or Struggling • Sleep quality (optional): 1 Terrible, 2 Poor, 3 Fair, 4 Good, 5 Great • Stress level (optional): 1 Calm, 2 Mild stress, 3 Moderate stress, 4 High stress, 5 Overwhelmed • Social connection (optional, yes/no) • Notes (optional) — jot down what's on your mind

Choose a mood to enable Save. New check-ins start without a mood selected; editing keeps your recorded answer. Selected ratings show a description. Use Clear answer to leave an optional answer unanswered. Tapping the selected answer keeps it selected. No contact and Not answered are different answers. Tap Save when you are ready. If you've already checked in today, you can update your entry. Notes appear on the today card so you can remember context later. This data is only for you — it's never shared.

Check in with yourself

Record your own mood and any other context you want to keep.

A comfortable armchair, blanket and heart card represent making room for the carer's own wellbeing.

Check in with yourself: steps

  1. Choose your mood Choose how you feel to enable Save. New check-ins start without a mood selected. This check-in is about you, the carer, rather than the person you support.
  2. Add optional context Sleep, stress, social connection and notes are optional. Leave anything that does not help today.
  3. Save your check-in Tap Save. This updates today's check-in if one already exists. Successful saving finishes the guide.
