Filtering and search

The Care log has built-in filtering and search:
• Person filter — tap a name to show only entries for that person • Tag filter — tap a tag to show only entries with that tag • Search — use the search bar to find entries by text, person name, or tag
Active filters show a count ('12 of 45 entries') with a 'Clear filters' button.
