Logging care
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.15
The Care log tab is your private journal. Tap + to add an entry with:
• Choose one person (required). Connected profile and Observation-only profile labels help distinguish profiles; these describe the profile, not who can see your care log • Add a quick note, choose a tag, or record your mood — any one enables Save once a person is selected • Tags (meal prep, medication, emotional support, transport, appointment, personal care) • How you're feeling (optional mood: Great, Good, OK, Tough, Struggling)
Entries are timestamped and show as 'Today' or 'Yesterday' for recent ones. Mood summaries such as 'You felt OK' describe your mood, not the person you supported. Tap an entry to edit it. The All people filter and per-person export menus include profile labels to help distinguish matching names.
Record the care you gave
Choose the right person and record what you did, using the normal care-log form.
A daily tracking sheet beside medication, water and an exercise band.
Record the care you gave: steps
- Choose the person Check the person selected in the form. Your care log describes care you gave, not a patient-shared update.
- Record what matters Add notes, tags or your mood. You do not need to complete every optional field. If no person is available, close this form and add one from People first.
- Save your care log Tap Save after choosing one person and adding a note, tag, or mood. Guidance closes after the record saves successfully. It does not claim that another person received anything.
