Checking a meal
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.12
Check a meal compares a typed ingredient list with every active protocol, your personal verdicts, and Food exclusions. Open Foods, then choose Check a meal.
How to enter a meal
Type the main ingredients separated by commas or lines. Tolerated shows a result for each recognised ingredient and explains protocol cautions or exclusions.
What the result means
The overall result is conservative: an avoid or exclusion takes priority over ingredients that appear compatible. Unknown means Tolerated could not match enough information to make the meal look clear.
What it does not check
Meal Check does not read allergen cross-contamination, preparation methods, portion stacking, or ingredients you did not enter. It is a planning aid, not allergen certification or medical clearance.
