Which fifteen protocols are included?
Low FODMAP, Low Histamine, AIP (Autoimmune Protocol), IC Diet (Interstitial Cystitis), Low Sodium / Ménière’s, Gastroparesis Step Diet, Anti-Inflammatory, SCD (Specific Carbohydrate Diet), Low Purine (gout), Low Oxalate, Low Salicylate, Nightshade-Free, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Migraine / Heal Your Headache. All 15 protocols are free, backed by a combined 700+ food database with traffic-light ratings and clinical sources cited.
Can I run more than one protocol at the same time?
Yes — it’s called protocol stacking, and it’s free. If you have IBS and MCAS, you can run Low FODMAP and Low Histamine together. Tolerated handles the overlap automatically: foods safe on one protocol but restricted on another are flagged so you don’t accidentally challenge a food that’s still eliminated elsewhere.
Can I use Tolerated without paying?
Yes. The free tier is a complete elimination tracker — all 15 protocols, full food databases, symptom logging, the ingredient scanner, Apple Watch app, and Carer Sharing. Tolerated+ is a £29.99 lifetime unlock for the next phase: guided reintroduction, personal thresholds, insights, and dietitian-friendly exports.
Is Tolerated a subscription?
No. The free tier stays free, and Tolerated+ is a single lifetime purchase at £29.99 — pay once, keep the premium features. No monthly fee, no annual renewal, no auto-billing.
What does Tolerated+ include?
Guided 6-day reintroduction challenges with three rising-dose days and three rest days, personal thresholds (safe amount vs trigger amount), the Insights hub with pattern and timing analysis, Meal Ideas filtered to your safe foods, dietitian PDF reports, CSV export, and optional on-device AI for vague ingredient text on scans.
Is Tolerated medical advice?
We’re not a doctor or a dietitian. Tolerated is a personal protocol manager that helps you run, log, and reflect on elimination diets — it doesn’t diagnose food intolerances or treat medical conditions. We strongly recommend working with a registered dietitian for any elimination diet that lasts more than a few weeks, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning changes for a child, or managing a diagnosed condition.
Is my data private?
Yes. No user accounts, no analytics, no third-party data SDKs. Your data stays on your device or in your personal iCloud if you enable sync. See the full privacy statement at cocoacorn.com/privacy.
