A daily log is a dated record of what happened that day. A one-line note can still be useful.
What you can record
An optional overall difficulty, free-text notes, affected activities or criteria, consequences, help needed, and photos.
Dates and edits
Documented dates each log and records when activity entries were created. If an entry is recorded on a different day, the report can show that recorded date.
