A photo can add context to a dated log, such as an aid in use, adapted equipment, a pill organiser, or a visible symptom.
Add a photo
Open a daily log and tap the photo button. Documented compresses large images and stores them with the app's local data.
Reports
Adding a photo to a log is free. Including selected photos in the Claim Evidence Report requires Documented+. Review every image before exporting or sharing.
