Pain map

From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.8

Location matters

Pain pins help show where pain happens, how strong it is, and whether it clusters around bleeding or phases.

Logging pain locations

  1. Open Log today.
  2. Find Pain map.
  3. Tap the body map to place a pin.
  4. Set severity and sensations if useful.
  5. Save the log.

You can move, edit, or remove pins from the editor. Pain map evidence appears in Today summaries, doctor reports, and the Pain locations insight.
