Agreement

By using Tended, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Tended is a personal health companion for tracking, understanding, and managing chronic health conditions. It provides journaling, symptom tracking, pattern analysis, flare planning, medication management, and clinical communication tools. It is available on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

Not Medical Advice

Tended is a personal health companion, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

Pattern analysis, correlations, flare warnings, and summaries are based on your self-reported journal entries. They are not clinically validated and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Your Data

You own your data. Tended stores your journal entries locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account. We do not access, collect, or process your data.

You can export your data as CSV (premium feature), create backups, or delete all data at any time.

In-App Purchases

Pricing

Tended offers optional premium features through in-app purchases processed by Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device's Settings.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Apple sets prices in other currencies for your App Store region; those amounts may change when Apple updates price tiers.

Intellectual Property

Tended, its design, and its content are owned by Cocoacorn. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

Limitation of Liability

Tended is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cocoacorn shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data.

We strongly recommend maintaining backups of important health records through other means.

Termination

We may discontinue Tended at any time. If we do, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
