Describe your day
Type or dictate a free-form description of your day, and Tended extracts structured data from it automatically. It matches your words against your tracked items, understands different word forms (like “bloated” matching “Bloating”), and handles unpunctuated voice input. Tended shows you a summary of what it found, so you can review before filling the entry form. Everything runs on-device.
