Choosing the right protocol
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.12
Start with the guidance that best matches your main goal. Each protocol in Setup has “Best for” and “Not ideal for” notes to help you compare without treating a food list as a diagnosis.
Different symptoms and diagnoses need different clinical approaches. If you are unsure, especially with gastroparesis, coeliac disease, kidney disease, pregnancy, or a child’s diet, ask a registered dietitian or doctor before restricting foods.
PMOS is the updated name for PCOS. Many clinicians, records, and searches still use PCOS during the transition, so Tolerated shows both as PMOS / PCOS.
