App Lock
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.5
App Lock adds a device-authentication screen when you return to Accommodated after leaving it. Enable it in More › Preferences › Privacy.
How authentication works
Accommodated asks Apple's LocalAuthentication framework to verify you with Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode. The app does not receive or store biometric data.
What it protects
App Lock helps prevent casual access to the app on an already unlocked device. It does not encrypt exported files, backups, screenshots, notification previews, or copies stored in other apps.
If it is unavailable
App Lock can be enabled only when device-owner authentication is configured and available. If authentication repeatedly fails, use the recovery options provided by iOS.
