Exporting & deleting data

More › Data contains CSV export and Delete All Data. These controls affect different copies of your information, so review the scope before acting.

CSV export

Export CSV data creates readable spreadsheets for profile information, personal accommodations, requests, process logs, return plans, disclosure assessments, and Access to Work drafts. CSV files are not encrypted by Accommodated.

PDFs and share actions

Letters, worksheets, evidence packs, CSV files, and backups leave the app only when you choose an export or share action. The destination app, service, person, or storage location then controls its copy.

Delete All Data

Delete All Data removes the current local Accommodated records from this device. If iCloud Sync is active, deletion may sync to other devices. If sync is inactive, local deletion does not confirm removal of records already held in iCloud.

Copies outside the app

Deleting local records or uninstalling Accommodated does not remove PDFs, CSV files, backups, printed copies, emails, or files already shared elsewhere. Delete those copies separately.
